Nestera offers the following administrative support services in Thailand. All services are informational and operational in nature. They do not constitute regulated financial, legal, or investment advice.

Service delivery is subject to successful communication with the client and receipt of any materials required. Nestera reserves the right to decline an engagement if the scope is outside our service offering.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Website or engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in any enquiry or engagement
• Use the Website and any materials provided solely for lawful purposes
• Not reproduce, redistribute, or resell materials provided by Nestera without written permission
• Not use the Website in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair its availability
• Cooperate reasonably with Nestera during the delivery of services, including responding to information requests in a timely manner

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and in materials provided by Nestera — including text, structure, design, worksheets, and process guides — is the intellectual property of Nestera unless stated otherwise.

Upon full payment, clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials delivered for their own internal purposes. This licence does not permit commercial reproduction, resale, sublicensing, or public redistribution.

For the Records Digitization service, documents you provide remain your property. Nestera holds no ownership claim over client-supplied documents.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at the time of engagement.

7. Service Delivery

• Delivery timelines will be discussed and agreed at the start of each engagement. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside Nestera's reasonable control.
• Changes to agreed scope requested by the client after work has begun may be subject to a revised timeline or supplementary fee.
• Digital materials will be delivered via a secure method agreed with the client.
• Physical documents provided for the Records Digitization service will be returned or confirmed deleted after delivery, as agreed.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are administrative and informational in nature. They are not a substitute for regulated financial, legal, or accounting advice. Nestera does not:

• Provide personalized financial planning recommendations
• Advise on individual pension entitlements or investment decisions
• Make representations about future outcomes or administrative results

The Website and all materials are provided on an "as available" basis. While we take care to keep information current and accurate, we make no warranties as to the completeness or fitness of any content for a specific purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Thai law, Nestera's total liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nestera is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the Website or reliance on any materials provided, including losses arising from decisions made using our organizational tools or worksheets.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nestera harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of materials provided, or any unlawful activity connected with your use of our services.

11. Termination

Either party may discontinue an engagement by providing written notice. If you withdraw before delivery is complete, fees for work already performed will apply.

Nestera may decline or discontinue an engagement if the request falls outside our scope, or if information provided during the engagement is found to be materially inaccurate. Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand.
