A steady hand for pension record-keeping and process clarity.
We are a small, focused team based in Nakhon Ratchasima, helping individuals and organizations bring order to their pension-related paperwork and administrative workflows.

Where Nestera came from
Nestera began when a small group of administrative professionals in Nakhon Ratchasima noticed how often individuals approaching retirement were overwhelmed by disorganized documents rather than any lack of planning. Folders full of unlabelled photocopies, pension statements from different periods stored in different places, and HR teams without a consistent process for tracking contribution records — these were recurring, fixable problems.
We launched in 2021 with a single service: document sorting and digitization for individuals. Within twelve months, requests started arriving from HR managers at mid-sized companies who wanted the same kind of clear-eyed review applied to their internal workflows. The Employer Process Advisory service followed.
The Readiness Self-Assessment Toolkit came later, shaped by conversations with people who wanted to do the initial review themselves but needed a structured framework to work through. All three services reflect the same underlying principle: the first step toward clarity is knowing what you actually have and how it is organized.
Our mission
To give individuals and organizations a clearer picture of their pension-related records and processes — without pressure, without advice we are not qualified to give, and without unnecessary complexity.
What we are not
We are not a financial advisory firm, a legal service, or a tax consultancy. We do not make recommendations about funds, investments, or entitlements. Everything we offer is informational and operational in nature — we help you see more clearly, not tell you what to decide.
Where we work
Our office is in Nakhon Ratchasima. We work with clients across Thailand — document scanning and toolkit delivery can be handled remotely or in person depending on preference and volume.

How We Work
Our operating standards
The principles that shape every engagement — from a single digitization job to a multi-week HR workflow review.
Data handling clarity
We do not retain client documents beyond the agreed working period. Files are transferred securely and we maintain clear records of what was processed and when.
Scope discipline
We stay within the scope we agreed. If a request moves into territory that requires a regulated professional — financial, legal, or tax — we say so and step back.
Consistent naming standards
Every digitization engagement follows documented naming and folder conventions, agreed with the client at the outset. No ad hoc decisions mid-project.
Privacy by default
Personal information collected during engagements is used only for service delivery. Our full approach is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Plain communication
We write and speak in plain language. No jargon, no unexplained abbreviations. If you need clarification on anything we have shared, we expect you to ask and we will answer directly.
Iterative review
Our toolkit materials and workflow frameworks are reviewed periodically against changes in Thai administrative practice. If something becomes outdated, we update it before it reaches clients.
Pension administration support in the Thai context
Managing pension records in Thailand involves a particular combination of document types — provident fund contribution statements, social security correspondence, employer contribution logs, and personal identification paperwork, among others. These documents accumulate over working lifetimes and are often spread across employers, years, and storage locations.
Nestera's work begins where most people feel stuck: not in understanding what a pension is or how it works, but in simply knowing what they have and whether it is organized in a way that will be useful when it is actually needed. That practical gap — between having documents and having them in order — is exactly what our Records Digitization Support and Self-Assessment Toolkit address.
For HR and payroll teams, the challenge is often one of process consistency. Staff change, software changes, and internal procedures drift over time. Our Employer Process Advisory service helps teams step back and look at the current state of their pension administration workflows — the timelines, the formats, the recordkeeping habits — and identify where small adjustments would make a meaningful difference to efficiency and accuracy.
None of this work requires us to hold a financial licence or provide regulated advice. It sits in the space between general information and operational support — a space that Nestera is built specifically to occupy, and to occupy carefully.
