Our Services
Three services. Each one stays in its lane.
Nestera offers document organization, a self-assessment toolkit, and HR workflow advisory. Each is designed to address a specific practical need — nothing more, nothing less.

How we approach every engagement
Scope first
Before any work begins, we agree in writing on exactly what is and is not included. No scope creep, no unexpected additions mid-engagement.
Structured delivery
Every service produces a defined deliverable — a file set, a worksheet kit, or a written workflow summary. You know what you are getting before you start.
Clean handover
When the work is done, we transfer your files or documents and close the engagement. We do not retain working copies and we do not re-engage without a new discussion.
Service 01
Records Digitization Support
Scanning, naming, and securely organizing retirement-related documents into a simple folder system. This is a practical service for individuals who have accumulated pension-related paperwork over working years and want it in a form that is easy to access and reference.
We agree the folder structure and naming convention with you at the outset, then apply it consistently across all scanned documents. You receive the organized digital file set; we do not retain copies after delivery.
- Consistent naming conventions applied to every file
- Logical folder hierarchy agreed with you upfront
- Digital copies of physical pension-related paperwork
- Quality check before final file transfer
Process steps
- 1
Initial call or message to agree document types and volume
- 2
Folder structure and naming convention confirmed in writing
- 3
Documents scanned and organized (in-person or by post)
- 4
Quality check completed; digital files transferred securely
- 5
Working copies deleted; engagement closed
What the toolkit covers
- Provident fund contribution summary worksheet
- Social Security Office (SSO) record checklist
- Employer contribution history log
- Gap identification prompt sheet
- Question list to take to HR or a licensed advisor
Service 02
Readiness Self-Assessment Toolkit
A guided set of worksheets for people who want to review their own retirement preparation without involving a third party in the details. The toolkit helps you gather your information, notice what is missing, and put together the right questions to bring to your HR department or a licensed professional.
There is no personalized direction in this service — the toolkit is self-serve by design. You complete it in your own time, at your own pace, and decide what to do with the results. The materials are produced with Thai administrative context in mind, referencing the document types and institutions relevant to Thai workers.
- Five structured worksheets covering key record categories
- Gap identification prompts built into each section
- Plain-language notes explaining each document category
- Question list template to use with advisors or HR
Service 03
Employer Process Advisory (B2B)
An operational guidance service for HR and payroll teams who want to review and tidy their internal pension-administration process. We look at the current workflow, identify where there are gaps or inconsistencies, and produce a written summary with practical observations.
This service is focused on process and paperwork flow — not on individual employee entitlements, fund selection, or contribution levels. Those questions belong with a licensed financial professional. Our role is to help your team understand what the current administrative process looks like and where it could be cleaner.
- Current workflow mapped against a standard reference structure
- Recordkeeping format review and gap notes
- Timeline and deadline reference guide for your process
- Written summary document delivered at close of engagement
Engagement steps
- 1
Introductory call to understand your team's current setup
- 2
Scope confirmed in writing: what we will review and what is out of scope
- 3
Document review and process mapping (remote or on-site)
- 4
Draft workflow summary shared for your review and comment
- 5
Final written summary delivered; engagement closed
